  • Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped out the following business day after processing.(MONDAY THRU FRIDAY) Order tracking information will be sent to the designated email or phone number, the customer has provided. All packages are ship through United States Postal Service (USPS) and will take an estimate of 1-3 business days before customer receives their package. 

SHIPPING FEE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you refuse any shipments from AccessoryPrincess, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.

 

  • Wrong Address

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSES ENTERED INCORRECTLY. WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT

ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO THE BUSINESS UNDELIVERABLE (INCORRECT ADDRESS) WILL RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND (HALF OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM/ITEMS).

 

  • International Shipping

International packages are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICES (USPS). Packages shipped international will take an estimate of 6-10 business days. 

 

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your tracking information states that your item was delivered and you did not receive your package, you MUST handle this issue with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800)- 275- 8777 . If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office. We don't hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

 

  • Customs Costs

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Accessory Princess.

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

  • Charge-back/ Fraud

ALL CHARGE-BACKS WILL BE FOUGHT AGAINST WITH SUFFICE INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING LABEL, CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND ALL INFORMATION THAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO YOUR CREDITOR.

ALL ORDERS FLAGGED AS FRUAD WILL BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.
